Can I change my plan?
You can upgrade your plan at any time and we'll pro-rate your monthly cost. If you downgrade, you'll be charged at your new rate when your current billing cycle ends. We can't offer refunds or pro-rate downgrades.
How do I manage my billing?
If you are an account owner or admin, you can access your subscriptions, purchase history, payment details, and more by going to your Dashboard > Settings > My account.
What if I change my mind
No worries! You can cancel or downgrade your plan at any time. Your plan will be active until its original expiry date and won't be automatically renewed. We can't offer refunds for cancellations. If you remove members from your team, you'll be charged the price for that team member until your billing cycle ends.
Can I pause a subscription?
You can't pause a subscription, but you can downgrade to our Free Forever plan until you need access to premium features again.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit or debit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Carte Bleue, Union Pay. For Enterprise clients, we can accept invoices for orders that meet a minimum fee. Please reach out to [email protected] for more information.
What are Simplified subscriptions?
Our subscriptions allow you to create beautiful, AI-powered designs in seconds. We have four plans to choose from, based on what you're looking for. You can explore our subscriptions above and compare our plans here. Our pricing starts at $0 for individuals and $9 for teams.
How much does Simplified cost?
Simplified starts at $0 for individual creators. For teams, it costs $9 per member per month and for businesses, it costs $30 per member per month. Our yearly subscriptions are 20% off across the board. Enterprise users can contact [email protected] to get custom pricing.
Why am I getting a credit or debit card error?
If you're getting a card error, make sure your card has enough funds and that you've entered the card number, expiry date, and CVV code correctly. If you're not in the US, check with your bank that your card is enabled for international and online purchases. If it's still not working, contact our support team at [email protected] and we'll be happy to help. Send us a screenshot of the error, if possible, so we can better help you.
Why have I been charged?
There's a couple of reasons you could see a charge: If you're on a paid subscription, it'll renew monthly or yearly depending on your billing cycle. If you added a new team member to your plan, you'll see a new charge for every new member. If you have more than one team, and you're the administrator, you may be charged for a new member that was added to any of the teams that belong to you. To check, switch between workspaces and see if any new members were added.
How does our pricing work?

Yes! When you subscribe, choose the Billed Monthly option to be charged on a monthly basis. Heads up that our yearly plan is 20% off if you're looking to save! We'll make it worth it.

Yes! All our plans are discounted by 20% if you choose a yearly subscription. Go you!
How secure is Simplified's payment method?
We use Stripe, a PCI-compliant provider to process payments. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1— the most stringent level of certification in the payments industry. Plus, we've established strong security practices across our platform, so your data is always secure.
